Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) purpose is to create a world where people with spinal cord injury or neurological condition and their loved ones thrive. We are a national, member based organisation founded in 1967 by people with a spinal cord injury. SCIA provides practical support, based on lived experience, to help people and their families live the life they choose.
