Welcome to the Life After Injury 2010.   Where: Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre When: 8am - Noon 1st May
Whether you have been affected by injury or know somebody who has, participate in our indoor triathlon and BEAT YOUR PERSONAL BEST! You don't need to be an iron man to participate, this event is open to all ages and abilities. The aim is to allow participants to set their own pace, beat their personal best and raise money for Spinal Cord Injuries Australia, who create independence and unlimited opportunity for people living with spinal cord injury.

Anyone can take part -  Just follow these easy steps: 

  • Step 1 - Click on Get Started, register and create your own online fundraising page
  • Step 2 - Donate to your own page (minimum $20) as your registration fee
  • Step 3 - Email your web link to friends, family and colleagues and ask them to support you!
  • Step 4 - Join Our Facebook "Life After Injury Indoor Triathlon Fan Page" and post the link to your wall or Follow us on twitter.com/lifeafterinjury
